THE BLUE LODGE-cozy flat close to Piazza del Campo

Great location, a few steps from Piazza Campo. Well set out apartment with aircon, stove and oven, dishwasher, washing machine.

Only one roll of toilet paper provided (had to buy a pack, and we only needed one more roll for a 4 night stay). Also had to buy own soap. Thanks to the proximity of the piazzo, and the Italian penchant for staying up late, it was noisy until 2.30am every night. Also, the clocktower bells. But this is the same wherever you go in Italy.

It was located in an excellent location near all the sites. It was clean, large and the bed comfortable. The host was very helpful.

I had to be very careful about taking a shower because the shower stall was small, the bathroom floor was wood and it was hard to control the shower spray so the water didn't spray outside the shower door.

Fabulous location, next to where the Palio race takes place. Extremely spacious and very well-equipped, including a washing-machine, dishwasher and even a kettle and toaster (rare in Italy).

Nothing we didn’t like, although a microwave would have been helpful.
