It was clean and tidy. There was everything I needed

Big apartment with everything you need in terms of kitchen, bathroom, living room and separate bathroom. Overlooks one of the central squares of the town and the hills behind it, and has its own small balcony

Furnishing a bit outdated and bed not very comfortable. The breakfast that was provided (cornflakes, milk, cookies) were close to all expired which was an unpleasant surprise.

Fontana Di Li Rosi is a great accommodation! We are hiking the MVF and this is one of our favorite stops. Anna the host is so personable and helpful. She arranged transportation for us and made it so easy. The room was large and clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Nothing. It was a rip off.

This was not as it was advertised. There was no a/c, no washing machine, no kitchenette, no double bed, no bidet, no 3 bedrooms with balcony and city views. Couldn’t use the kettle unless you turned off the small column heater as the fuse would blow. It was tiny and yes there was a small tv, but it did not work well. Also located next to a noisy bar. There were only cups to use as bowls and very limited cutlery. Shameful and false advertising.

The hostess gave such a warm welcome. It was new years day and she told me all the restaurants where closed. She prepared a home cooked meal and put a botle of beer and wine in the fridge which was so nice after a long day walking! The apartment was old but contained everything that I needed including a good shower, good heating, and for breakfast there was fruit! I did not experience noise from the street and had a very comfortable stay.

I didn’t manage to open the old kabinet with the glasses etc so I missed a glass to poor the wine in :-). The heating went on automatically at 6:00 which made some noise which woke me up. But after 10 minutes it was quiet again

On the Camino trail overlooking the plaza. Friendly host, easy check in . Comfortable beds and apartment. Nice to have own space

Some basic condiments like pepper and salt, oil would have been appreciated

Very close to the center of town. Easy check in. The space was huge and it was great to have a washing machine available. We were here as part of the magna via francigena trail as there was no accommodation in Sutera. A great choice as you could see Sutera lit up at night and there was more than enough facilities for a weary traveler here.

The spiral stairs to get to the apartment were a little challenging with our backpacks on.

The bedroom is a former shop, right next to the main road of the town. The bed was 2m away from cars driving on cobblestone, motorcycles racing until 2am during the night through the town. It’s not expensive but not worth a penny, rather prefer a tent at a quiet place.
