Excellent location.

Muy completo, con todo lo necesario. Tiene todo lo que uno necesita.

La ubicación es buena, pero está en una zona de un lado con escaleras pronunciadas, que para la gente mayor se complica, hay que tener cuidado. Está cerca del lago y justo en la parte antigua y muy cerca del.monasterio.

Great location, just a few minutes walk from the main square and about 10-minute walk from the ferry terminal. Spacious, clean apartment with very comfortable bed and everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

The apartment is simple and clean. Love the location. Easy access to the ferry and town.

Felt uneasy that my passport was captured with a personal phone for check in.

This simple spacious apartment is in a great location in a lovely town.

I acknowledge that part of the following is my responsibility…. I found that communication with the landlord was odd. I never communicated with anyone called Gabriel(le) as other people have done. I heard from Stefano, who organized a ride for me from Enea. That worked out really well and I appreciated it. The problem was that I never felt like anyone was responding to my messages, or when they did, it didn’t really answer my direct question but offered slightly unexpected info. We also used whatsapp part of the time. I don’t think any of this would have bothered me that much under ordinary circumstances, but since the recent booking.com hack, the odd communication started to look sketchy. Happily it all worked out, but I would have preferred fuller and faster communication.

Very good location and near to everything. It is also very spacious

The stairs leading to the apartment was a bit too steep. The microwave and the washing machine can be cleaner.
