"Fabulous stay."

The location was perfect. The flat was modern, clean and tasteful. The host was exceptional. Elda was a wonderful support to us. She went out of her way to help us, especially our friend that was sick.

It was a little hard to find because the address on Google maps tooks us elsewhere.

"Very well situated middle floor apartment with an interesting family history link."

Great location just off the main square. Really interesting to read about the owner’s grandmother who had lived there for many years and whose bedroom furniture was still there.

Some of the crockery wasn’t clean.

The location is perfect. San gimignano is a beautiful city so received a lot of tourist everyday and the fact that you are staying rigth there having the city empty for yourself is a plus one.

i really dont have anything negative to says about this property.the house is clean , spacious,the owner is incredible friendly. we had a problem with one reservation for a vespa tour and she did everything to help me solve it.So far from all properties that i stay in italy she is the best host that i ever met.

It was the best accommodation of our whole trip. Beautiful traditional apartment. Very clean, central to all amenities.
