Bologna elegance

Alessandra was very helpful from the very beginning. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Comfortable space for 1-2 people. Had an issue with the hot water for a day and Alessandra was quick to message to solve the issue.

The kitchen space wasn’t ideal to make anything more than eggs for breakfast and the hob didn’t always work straight away. Although it was great being central, the noise from the street wasn’t the best and woke me up several times almost every morning. There isn’t much natural sunlight in the apartment so it felt quite dark. Luckily, I didn’t spend much time during the day in the apartment anyway. It would be nice to have a full length mirror somewhere.

Clean, safe and right in the middle of town. We even walked from the train station. We would recommend and would stay again.

The hairdryer probably needs renewing.

Location excellent!

No working AC. Because of the heavy raining during our stay the apartment had high humidity. Towels and clothes had to get dry using a small portable heater. Frying pan needs to be replaced, old and unhealthy. Loud voices in the street at nights. Mattress topper of the bed missing. That’s why uncomfortable to sleep.

The host was very gracious and allowed us to check in one hour earlier and check out one hour later.

The central location of the apartment was superb - so convenient for all the shops, restaurants and local attractions. The property was spotlessly clean, well equipped and comfortable for our stay.

The apartment was clean and organized. It offered everything you would need. The location was excellent and convenient to restaurants and important landmarks. Alessandra was always available to answer questions and willing to help.

The hotel was perfect for our needs. The location is ideal for travelers, and the big room had everything we needed, including a washing machine, which was very convenient. Although the check-in wasn’t self-service, they kindly allowed us to check in early, which was much appreciated.

There were no negatives to mention.
