Wonderful apartment, excellent communication with the host, easy access to the house, and a convenient location less than a 10-minute walk from the main station.

The accommodation was beautiful and very stylishly furnished. The host was friendly and warm – you could really feel how much care and heart had been put into the place. The amenities were also excellent: a dishwasher, washing machine, and a spacious fridge – nothing was missing. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place and would gladly stay there again!

Appartement magnifique, très calme, très bien décoré avec soin au 7e étage d'un immeuble proche de la gare. Le centre est un peu loin à pied mais nombreux bus proches. La vue est géniale sur la mer au loin, des diverses fenêtres de l'appartement. Coucher de soleil depuis la cuisine. Petit balcon face à la Citadelle pour prendre l'air. Lit très confortable. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour réussir le séjour avec de la documentation sur la région. Tout est très joli et meublé avec gout. Même la salle de bain avec sa belle baignoire. Multiples attentions pour les clients. Silvia est très compréhensive et à l'écoute. Merci à elle. Vraiment un bel appartement !

Esperienza molto positiva. Servizi garantiti, disponibilità e cordialità dello staff e, soprattutto, pulizia all'interno del locale (che non è assolutamente scontato). Posizionato bene (vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, Conad sotto casa). Per la mia breve esperienza (ho "vissuto" poco la casa, essendomi fermato soltanto per una notte, quindi non mi sono soffermato sui dettagli, se non per le principali necessità, soddisfatte), assolutamente consigliato.

Nice accommodation close to the historic centre and the port. Spacious and clean with a view of part of the cargo port and the surrounding hills. Comfortable and practical facilities were of a high standard. The owner was very helpful and accommodating, everything went without any problems. We especially appreciate the help with choosing a beach in the area, which we drove cca 15 minutes by our own car and is perhaps one of the most beautiful beaches in central Italy.

Amazing response time from the host! The kitchen was also very well equipped. Instructions for check-in and other amenities was extremely thorough and helpful. Very grateful for the hospitality as we had to book this the day of due to an emergency. The host was very accommodating.

Everything was as in description and pictures. Clean and comfortable. Silvia was very helpful and kind.
