Lovely apartment. Safe, clean, comfortable, and close to the station, the port and the old town. We stayed in Ancona to break up a long train trip but as it turned out we really enjoyed our 2 nights there, partly due to Silvia's hospitality, even if we never met her, face to face. She was very responsive. Lots of videos explaining how things worked in the apartment and answered any questions we had promptly, via WhatsApp. Plus there was lots of information about Ancona in multiple languages to help oriented us to the city and the surrounding area.

Had a really pleasant stay there. Clean and cozy apartment just as the pictures show. Very convenient location. Walking distance to train station and old town. There is a supermarket just cross the street. Smooth communication before and during the stay with the host - Silvia. She is really considerate and helpful. Will definitely come back again

It was stunning. There were views over the port and the citadel. The decor and furnishings were fabulous and made it really feel like a home rather than a hotel. The host Silvia gave lots of detailed instructions for everything and made the whole process really easy. It was a short walk from the train station and there was a supermarket across the street. It was also easy to walk to explore the old part of town, street markets, the Duomo, amphitheatre and Passetto Beach. The rooms were spotlessly clean and it was nice to have Netflix to relax with at the end of the day.

The first impression,but it will change soon. In the first moment the appartment itself looked overall good..but then

- after flushing the toilet it whistles the whole time - in the morning the bathroom smelled disgusting, even with opened windows, it comes from the sink i guess - the appartment is noisy we could understand every single word from the discussion of the neighbors at 23.00 -the bathtube is just disgusting and brown, photos attached - so is the bidet - we have never seen the housekeeper in person, all through whatsapp messages, but tbh around 15 a day? We are on holidays and not in chat-mode The location of the appartment is the worst thing about it. You have rubbish and trash on the streets and groups of ethnic diverse men standing at corners like in a ghetto. My girlfriend was afraid the whole time, as they also start following very close when you are walking Keep in mind, if you are travelling as a solo woman, you surely dont want to stay here Finally the housekeeper send us a third whatsapp not to forget to leave the 2 euro tourist fee on the table and..bring the garbage down the street in the containers..its close she wrote

This is a lovely apartment close to the train station and about a 15 minute walk to the town. There were so many homely touches to make it cosy. A convenient supermarket is across the road if you're going to cook. The Wi-Fi was super speedy for our online work too. The host Silvia was so kind and helpful 😍
