Loved location, garden and views were stunning.

A microwave and washing machine would be a great asset. Our towels were not replaced for the whole 6 days.

The position was perfect, close to everything, cafes, restaurants, monuments. The apartment is lovely and large with all you need and very clean and comfortable. Lovely outdoor door area with gorgeous roses. Chiara was very helpful and the cafe she works at has great food amazing coffee!!

The location was best possible in the center, with a wonderful view and own little garden. Chiara is the best possible host, helpful and easy to communicate with. Casa Collazzi was very clean, the living room was cosy and bedrooms comfortable. The bathroom is also nice and clean. We liked everything! Chiara also helped us to find lovely restaurants and breakfast cafe.

We arrived in the pouring rain and Chiara kindly met us at the parking to help us get our luggage to our accommodation. (Only residents of Montepulciano are allowed to drive within the city walls) And honestly, the streets are really narrow, I wouldn't want to drive and it's fabulous to walk wherever you need.to.go in the city. The accommodation was perfect for our holiday - authentic, comfortable, well equipped. Just so you're aware, there are steps down to the apartment and down to the 2nd bathroom and garden. We loved our holiday at Casa Collazzi and would highly recommend it.

Chiara the host was very helpful and friendly and we enjoyed staying in her cosy and comfortable home. The location is fantastic, very close to everything in Montepulciano. There were fantastic views of the countryside from the windows and we enjoyed sitting out in the garden with a glass of wine. The house is very clean and well equipped and was our favourite of the 3 homes we stayed in on our vacation. There is an excellent winery opposite the property called Cantina de' Ricci where we did a tour and tasting, this was probably our highlight on our entire Tuscan trip! Thank you Chiara for your warm welcome and our stay in your lovely home.

A toaster would be a nice edition to the kitchen :)

The owner was beautiful and so helpful! The apartment was super clean, lovely and perfect for our group of 4! The location was convenient with easy access to locale and day trip destinations.

Wat a wonderful apartment! It had everything one could possibly need and the view is absolutely stunning! Lovely to have a garden so you can relax with a cuppa tea or a glass of wine after a busy day of being a tourist. Mind you, the (indoors) stairs to the garden are very steep and windy, so not suitable for people who aren't sure on their feet. Chiara was very friendly and helpful and she was quick with communication. The location of this property is fantastic, as it was near a free public parking (you have to climb a rather steep walk path, but Chiara can pick you up with a car if you need it) and a few minutes walking distance from restaurants and bars in the centre of Montepulciano. Will definitely recommend and will stay here again next time I'm in Montepulciano!

Close to everything but very quiet
