This place has a lot of character. Perfect location, directly across the street from a winery and very close to good restaurants and a bar. The backyard area is perfect for sunsets with a glass of wine or a spritz! The kitchen is well equipped.

I would recommend this apartment for your stay in Montepulciano! Once we figured out where to park with Chiara’s help (parking lot 8), the location was great…close to Piazza di San Francesco where we enjoyed a delicious yet affordable dinner and a spectacular sunset, to Piazza Grande where we climbed the Terraza Del Palazzo and ate dinner one night! The kitchen had all of the dishes, pots & pans we needed to prepare and serve a lovely dinner. The bedrooms had glorious views of the countryside! Closing the shutters during the day helped keep the place cooler!

I didn’t enjoy descending the steep staircase and the odor in the lower bathroom…we kept the fan on in the bathroom to help with the mildew smell.

Excellent communication from host Chiara. Lovely, comfortable accommodation and beds. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and some condiments. Beautiful views from the bedroom windows - so nice to wake up to. Shower was the best we’ve had so far - hot water and good strength. Lovely garden but it was too cool for us to sit outside at this time of year but would be nice in warmer weather. Would recommend highly.
