Modern Flat Lecce ++

Casa bellissima e tenuta veramente bene. La cucina è magnifica e super accessoriata per non parlare del divano e della camera da letto veramente belli e comodi. Ci sono tutti i comfort per fare delle belle vacanze ed è tutto nuovo e moderno il che facilita il vivere bene anche se solo per qualche giorno. Il gestore dell’appartamento è gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione. La posizione è perfetta per raggiungere il centro a piedi o per spostarti con la macchina e visitare altro. Sono molto felice di aver prenotato questo appartamento e tornerò sicuramente!

Perfect location just steps from the old town but away from the crowds and very quiet at night. Safe, convenient neighborhood with close-by grocery store. The apartment is huge, comfortable and spotlessly clean. It has a full kitchen that was a pleasure to use. There is on-street parking but also there is on-site parking available (extra fee but well worth it for convenience). The directions for getting in were detailed and perfect. The host was amazing! He was immediately responsive and helpful with any questions we had. I had a dental issue while there and he helped arrange for an emergency appointment with an english speaking dentist. Can't recommend highly enough.

Walkable to both the train station and the old town; comfortable apartment with all the necessary amenities; host was very responsive to questions; close to grocery store for self-catering; separate air conditioning units in main area and bedroom; building has elevator but apartment is only one floor up; washer/dryer was appreciated

Small shower but that seems to be the norm in Italy; no kettle to boil water

It’s a luxury appartment in the heart of Lecce, just outside the old town. Equipped with everything, 1 bedroom and large living-room + kitchen. Even a large terasse is available. The adress is a busy street but the apprtment opens to the back, very quiet and calm area. Would happy to return

Fun fact: there is a self check-in, where you receive all codes in a message. Beexcept of the indication where the appartment is in the building. It can be found but this info would have been useful :-)

A really modern apartment with all amenities needed in extremely well condition. Smooth contact with owners via WhatsApp. In walking distance to old town. Free (street) parking easily available in the neighbourhood.

The location is excellent , we could find parking by nearby and the historic centre is very near. The supermarket down the road is good.

The property was poorly maintained. The sinks didn’t seal so we couldn’t do dishes in either sink. The host appeared very surprised at this, but the cleanliness of the dishes and pots reflected this issue. As well as only one tumbler, there was no kettle. The host suggested using a pot, a dangerous practice. Also this is the first place we have stayed in which hasn’t provided at least some tea or coffee as a starter for travellers. In summary we were disappointed and frustrated by our experiences of this stay, a shame as with a little more awareness of his responsibilities as a host it could live up to potential.
