Modern Flat Lecce ++

The location was excellent, the flat was clean, large and with a lot of light. All the flat was electrically operated. The host answered immediately for any problem, he was very attentive to our needs.

The problem with a flat that is all electrical is that all the mod cons are hard to use and or get going if they malfunction, especially if a person is older and technologically challenged such as my mum who was my travel companion.

We were met by the apartment owner who ecplained evrything we needed to know. He also recommended places to dine at. Apartment was big with all facilities to allow own cooking of meals. Handy location to old town and a 12min walk from train station.

Nothing to dislike

What a find! The apartment is very modern with a full kitchen and everything that opens and shuts. There is air conditioning throughout. The bathroom is a good size and has a great shower. There is also a balcony with table and seats, a nice place to have lunch. Best of all, it’s very quiet, located at the back of the apartment block.

Using the washer/dryer was confusing The host did give us quick instructions when we arrived but it would be better to have some written instructions. Also a newer iron would be good. A few staple items would have been appreciated like dish soap, paper towel, napkins, pepper, plastic wrap.
