NOLovely apartment in the middle of the historic centre. Easy access to the lake, shops and restaurants. The host was very attentive, checked in on us via messages, answered our questions quickly, very welcoming. Finding the keys was easy, and we loved the authentic look of the apartment. The terrace was a lovely place to chill with great views.

CHI know Como from before so location excellent. Apartment needs updating though. Sofas run down and semi-dirty, floors in downstairs bedroom bulging and actually a bit dangerous if you don’t watch out (looks like water damage). Apt functional when you only need to be there to sleep.
See above In addition not very practical or user friendly to hav to walk 15 min to get key first before getting into the Apt.

BAGreat apartment, nicely decorated and very well equipped, at the very central and pleasant location, very convenient for the longer family stay. Cleanliness 10/10. Provided instruction how to collect the keys from the safe was clear, and we easily collected keys on our way from parking lot to the apartment. Very friendly crew from MyHomeinComo agency was at disposal for the whole time of our stay, they've been helpful and efficient.
AUThe apartment was in a great location and had ample space for everyone. We felt like we were living like the Italians! Great to also have a coffee machine and pods available.
We had to park the car about 5 minute walk away in paid parking but we did know that on arrival. The main shower is also only a handheld one over the bath.

the apartment is a bit outdated and wear-tear showing on the furniture. otherwise its fine
GRNice location. In the center of the old city and at the same time in a quiet place. nearby all the shops, restaurants, places of interesting the lake, etc. I recommend it.
