Residenza Lago

Free parking in nearby streets was easy (in April). Very very little noise at night.

Stanza di grande dimensioni ristrutturata con eleganza. Host molto gentile e disponibile. Una bottiglia di acqua e una di vino in omaggio all'arrivo. Posizione ideale per visitare Siracusa. Tanti bar e ristoranti intorno alla struttura. Ascensore al piano, due condizionatori, infissi di qualita' che non facevano sentire il rumore della strada.

Mancanza di persiane, le tende non bloccavano tutta la luce. Nella stanza al quarto piano il letto matrimoniale era composto da due materassi singoli (stanza al quinto piano aveva letto matrimoniale). Doccia aperta per meta' faceva bagnare un po' il pavimento.

Good central location, but it’s on a main street that is always busy, so you will hear traffic and bar noise until very late hours. It’s close to shops and Ortigia. Finding a free parking spot is a nightmare!

The apartment is essentially a one-bedroom, as the bedroom is only separated from the living room by an open wall. You can sleep in both areas, but privacy is quite limited. If you’re staying with kids or someone who snores, it might be a bit challenging for everyone to get a good night’s sleep 😂 Only three towels were provided for a 7-night stay for three people, which felt insufficient. Mrs. Lago doesn’t speak English, but you can communicate with the host, who is helpful, or use Google Translate 😁

La residenza Lago e’ una casa meravigliosa. Ogni dettaglio è molto curato e la signora Lia è stata gentilissima. L’appartamento è accogliente, in ottima posizione e anche silenzioso nonostante sia in una zona molto trafficata. I colori scelti per l’arredo danno un tocco di eleganza e c’è una luce bellissima perché è al Quinto piano. Bagno comodo e attrezzato con tutto

Le studio est spacieux et très joliment meublé. Il est très bien situé : à 10-15 minutes à pied de la gare et aussi très proche de Ortigia. Accueil très aimable. Bonne isolation phonique, le studio étant très calme malgré le trafic dans la rue. Beaucoup de restaurants ou cafés à proximité; on vous recommande l'Osteria Bazan pour une cuisine locale et l'accueil.

Sehr zentrale Lage in Syrakus, ganz oben in einem Mehrfamilienhaus, dadurch trotzdem leise. Die Vermieterin wohnt nebenan und ist sehr nett. Ich konnte weil ich noch eine Videokonferenz hatte, länger im Appartement bleiben

Die Vorhänge dunkelten nicht perfekt ab, das ist oft ein Problem in Italien, ich bin da empfindlich
