Great location and the property was everything we wanted and needed for our stay. Mrs Lago who met us at the property was delightful and charming and made sure we had everything we needed.

El apartamento era muy amplio tipo loft (los ambientes solo separados por un muro sin puertas que lo independicen, salvo el baño) tal cual se muestra en la foto. Estaba muy bien ubicado y tenia una linda decoración

No hay microndas fundamental en el siglo XXI y estando de vacaciones, los muebles eran bonitos pero los cajones y puertas de los que servían para guardar ropa, no funcionaban bien así que tuvimos que dejar toda la ropa en la valija. Tenia un balcón pequeño pero agradable aunque se veía desde una ventana que da al paso del ascensor y aunque nos empeñábamos en cerrarla, luego la encontrábamos abierta, nos sentíamos observados ( poca intimidad) .Subir las valijas un piso por escalera es agotador para un matrimonio mayor ( igual esta aclarado en las características, que tiene ascensor pero que hay 1 piso por escalera)

Wonderful, generously sized upper level apartment which is very convenient to both transport and Ortigia. We thought it was ideal location. Access is very easy and even though on a primary street to Ortigia it is quiet with excellent double glazing. The bed was VERY comfortable and the whole apartment is recently refurbished. Highly recommended.

The kitchen is missing a few normal extras such as pepper, oil, and tea. And insufficient shampoo was provided for us.

Hyper central location in a lovely old building; mostly quiet, ex weekends, due to dbl glazed patio doors; of which there are 3 - all with Juliette balconies. Vaulted ceilings give a sense of space to what is a large room divided - a thoughtful renovation with an airy light feel. A/C worked well, as late Sept not so hot, and quiet too :) Main Bed is comfortable; sofa bed is OK for short stay - we had 5 nights. Bathroom is a good size, kitchenette was not used as so many good restaurants just steps away. There are a few tea bags / coffee capsules supplied; we did not use them as we brought our own preferred brand. You will be met by Mrs Lago, who lives upstairs, on arrival; she presents charming and will do a walk-through explaining where everything is and what extra supplements you will need to pay. - if any

There are numerous plug sockets but only one fitted any plugs (by fridge area) We got a single plug-in mosquito unit with an extra tablet - more of these would be better for this voluminous space as we were bitten a lot :(

Tutto al posto giusto, la signora Lago è molto disponibile. Il problema con Internet è stato risolto in poche ore. Ottima posizione, tutto pulito e confortevole.

Tutto perfetto. Forse bisognerebbe affilare il coltello che si trova in cucina:-)

방 진짜좋아요 이미지 그대로였습니다. 에어컨빵빵, 냉장고 진짜시원하고 엄청넓고 쾌적했어요 완전만족 호스트 빠른대응도 너무좋았어요 EEEverything! The room is huge and beautiful like an image. We didn't expect much before we got there because some acommodation show their images nice but it is not the same in real. But this one is real. It has antique furniture that maks the atmosphere unique. The air conditioners and refrigerator work so perfect.

샤워할때 따뜻한물이 랜덤으로 나와요.근데 다른게너무 만족스러워서 크게문제안됐어요 One little thing that we felt uncomfortable is water for shower. Warm water comes randomly so we had to wait for around 5 minutes. But we felt this small because the other nice things cover it.
