Location is very good anf that is about it.

The apartment is more than rudimentary, is for military personell. No furniture at all. Big mould spot on the wall in the main bedroom. Very foul smell, like a public toilet in the bathroom (made me wanna vomit everytime). Beds in the second bedroom were not actually beds, more like drawers. Host non-existent. Moreover, when we asked for more pillows ( we had 4 pillows for 4 persons), they lied that they will get it next day, than never heard about it. The window shutter in the second bedroom was glued to the window, one could not roll it up. Sealling near the kitchen window was weard off, and wind was comming inside, making a strong whistle-like noise keeping you up all night. Shower knob was broken, and to use the shower it needed to be kept pushed by yourself. In the evening, water was almost not running at all in the shower, we could not take a shower (2 adults and 2 childred), and when we writted to the host they just asked if we had an emergency and that they will try to fix it next day (by the way they did not come at all). Lokalizacja apartamentu w centrum Monopoli, to na pewno duży atut. Apartament czysty, przestronny, ogólnie bardzo wygodny zwłaszcza jak są dwie pary, lub rodzice z dziećmi. Apartament znajduję się w bocznej małej uliczce. Zaraz obok znajduje się mała knajpka, i mimo tego jest cicho i spokojnie. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielami obiektu. Mały minusik za brak małego pakietu startowego w postaci kapsułek do kawy , czy herbaty. Ale i tak bym tam z chęcią wrócił.

Ausstattung in der Unterkunft und Qualität der Renovierung. Rollo am Schlafzimmer war fest am Fenster verbaut und ließ sich nicht öffnen. Tür in einem Schlafzimmer kaputt. Schwarzer Schimmel im anderen Schlafzimmer.

Cold aparment Air conditioner and rafiators did not work First night was horor Iwill never forgets My reaction on this problem was not give any response. Second day late in afternoon we had reaction. My sister after this period is 🤒, have temperature, and have to use antibiotics. She is seriously ill. I am soo angry. In kitchen we have problem with washing dishes and glasses . Draining did not work.

Excellent position, right at the city center of Monopoli. Easily accessible thanks to the keybox at the entrance. Good option for a short break in the city.

The photos of the accommodation are a bit misleading, as there are two apartments with different facilities, and through the booking app it is difficult to understand what has what. Thanks to the customer care, the misunderstanding was sorted out.

casa poco pratica, mancava uno stendino e un posto in cui stendere i vestiti, costumi e asciugamani essendo un posto di mare è inaccettabile. c'erano 4 sedie di numero e neanche una sedia in più o una poltrona. in bagno mancava una mensola o un posto su cui poter appoggiare le cose

Apartament położony na starym mieście, przy morzu. Blisko kawiarni restauracje, można znaleźć parking w odległości 5 minut spacerem. Klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju.

W łazience śmierdzi z kanalizacji. Brak mikrofalówki i tylko jeden ostry nóż. Wysokie 1 piętro, strome schody które mogą dla osób z ograniczonym poruszaniem stanowić problem.

Obiekt cudowny gorąco polecam. W samym centrum a cisza i spokój. 10 min Spacerkiem do cudnej plaży porto roso. Jeśli wrócę kiedyś do monopoli a na pewno tak będzie znowu chętnie skorzystam z tego mieszkania. Do pociągu ok 15 min spacerkiem. Jeszcze raz gorąco polecam
