Great amount of space, air con in each room and kitchenette

The steps are steep to access the property but it’s not a big deal. I would definitely stay again

"Perfect stay at G25 Guesthouse"

G25 Guesthouse was fabulous, it seems newly decorated and was exceptionally clean. It was in such a perfect location! Beds were comfy and shower was good. Host was very responsive. We had a wonderful stay in Monopoli and will definitely stay at G25 Guesthouse again!

"A beautiful place to stay in a fabulous location"

Great location, bedrooms comfortable, simple and nicely decorated, everything you need

Black-out blind in second bedroom broken and does not cover window. No coffee provided to fit the coffee machine or at least to know what one to buy (I bought the wrong type)

"Superb"

The location right next to the beach and in the city center. The possibility to do the self check in earlier. The airconditioners were working very good.

The apartment wasn't very well cleaned. No washing soap and sponge for the dishes. The dishes in the shelves were very dirty. The oven didn't work and I didn't get any response from the owner/manager. I would suggest you put a broom or a mop, so guests could clean the sand. We were there with two small children and there was nothing suitable for cleaning the sand they brought from the beach. This was really a nightmare in the third day of our stay.

"Great stay!"

I loved everything!

I just wish they supplied a broom because the sand from the beach built up on the floor after some days. There was no dishwashing liquid to wash our dishes, and only 2 cups even though there are enough beds for 4 people to sleep. Also beach towels would’ve been a nice additional thing to go above and beyond.

"Overall not a problem with the apartment."

Location was great and the property overall fantastic

The stairs getting to the property. What a nightmare especially if you are a travelling family with lots of luggage. They should have a photo of the stairs you need to go up. Also some more kitchen items would be nice
