Everything we needed was in the property, loved the kitchen being separate.It was clean and comfortable. Near everything.

One of the apartment's A/C wasn't' working very well and it was really hot in the rooms

Nicely located, large room that was clean and provides all that you need for a comfortable stay. We had a couple of requests and the communication with the hosts was fast and convenient. Two minutes walk to the ferry is useful with the early starts. Main grocery store a minute away too.

The only annoying part was that keys are located about a 15 minute walk away. It’s certainly a safe and easy process but a little inconvenient when you have a family and luggage.

Der Check In Prozess ist unglaublich mühsam. Ich habe mehrere Stunden dafür gebraucht. Danach musste man den Schlüssel am Ende der Stadt abholen, was nur per Auto geht. Für das Check Out steht, man soll den Schlüssel im Zimmer lassen… bis dann einige Stunden vor Check Out die Meldung kommt man solle wieder ans andere Ende der Stadt fahren damit. Check In und Check Out sind bei diesem Preis eine Zumutung.

1. The apartment is located perfectly in Como old town. 2. It's well decorated and with nice kitchen and accessories. 3. Lots of storage cabinets. 4. The host is very communicative by WhatsApp with good English and approach for help even at late night.

1. Keys collection is not at the apartment but in other location in the city which requires to find "another" parking. 2. When arrived (late at the evening) to the apartment was very hot (30C on the thermostat) and AC remote batteries were empty. We had to ask the neighbors for batteries, although host tried to help by text. The next day batteries were not supplied as well (I think it was a glitch) and there was another saga of getting the batteries at late hour. It's a small thing but was very disturbing to handle. 3. AC is only for leaving room/kitchen space, not for master bedroom which was very hot.

Location of the apartment is great

Check-In procedure is a nightmare. Be aware that you have to pick up and drop off the keys at a different location across the city. Also there is a construction site in the street of the apartment. At 8am they start the generator which definitely gets you out of bed. Also no ac in the bedroom.

The apartment is very big and spacious. Very modern.

The only thing that I didn't like was that it was on a major street and in the morning it was very loud even though the windows were closed.
