The apartment is very spacious, confortable, well equiped and clean. The location is top, in the city center and close to everything. Despite this, the apartment is still quiet to sleep.

One annoying thing is that the office for picking up the keys is far from the apartment. If you arrive at the train station it's in the opposite direction. The main complain however is the staff who the whole time were unnecessarily rude and unfriendly.

We recently stayed at Urban Oasis in Como and couldn't have been happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space is beautifully designed, modern, clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that really elevate the stay. The location is perfect, close enough to the town center to enjoy all the charm of Como, but tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and relaxing. We cannot wait to make this a tradition and come back here again!

The location!

This was a big disappointment the key for the front door did not work. We had to wait twice for a manager to come and give us a different key. The gal on the phone was accusing me of not operating the key correctly. (It’s pouring outside)When the next gal came it didn’t work for her either. She was apologetic but at this point we were tired and wet. She had to go back to office and get another key, the second time we did wait in a coffee shop to keep dry. Lots of stairs but there are a lot here so if you have issues with that it’s not for you. Except for dragging luggage it was ok. This place came with no accessories, no instructions on using coffee maker or pods to use. You’re totally on your own. It would be nice to have some coffee in morning but the pods left did not fit machine. It was odd! The bathroom ceiling had a water leak.

Location is central, rooms are spacious, comfortable living.

Has to climb steps as there was no lift.
