الموقع كان قريب جدا من السنتر والمضيف كان اكثر من رائع قدم لنا الدعم الكامل في استلام الشقه وكان ودودا جدا والمبنى عبارة عن 4 شقق و موقف السييارات تحت الشقق التي في الدور الارضي لها حديقه صغيره جميلة جدا لتناول الافطار على شروق الشمس بشكل عام انصح فيها واذا رجعت بستأجر في نفس الشقه

الانارة وعدم العزلوالاثاث قديم وموقف السيارات الخاصة بالشقق صعب الدخول والخروج منها والبديل له مواقف الفندق قريبه منه تقريبا 5 دقائق مشي اطلب من المضيف ان تستخدم مواقف الفندق ويعطيك عدة تذاكر مجانيه

Location could not be improved. Really beautiful piazza, activities, restaurants, tourist info, lifts all close by.

Ideal location, spacious and comfortable, very nice views from the windows.

After having traveled throughout Italy about 35 times now, I have to say this was one of the worse places we have ever stayed at. The whole place is essentially a dormitory making it feel very plain, uninspiring, and uncomfortable. It is not a 2 bathroom unit, it is a 1.5. It is VERY noisy being on the main road and thus hard to sleep. Since there is no AC, in the summer the windows need to be open making the noise problem worse. The outdoor deck is so small it is unusable for anything except standing and it is directly over the road. The kitchen was poor. It had no dish soap, only 2 towels and a wash cloth, no napkins, no spices etc. The Moka lid was broken. The stove is propane which take forever to heat the Moka. The WiFi only worked in a certain spots of the common room and we got no signal at all in the bedrooms. Also note that there are 4 units in the building and although they say there are 4 parking spaces, that would only work if everyone had a car no bigger than a Fiat Panda. It is a good location but so is every room anywhere in the town of Ortisei. In summary, look elsewhere.

Comfortable but nothing exceptional.

It is RIGHT on the busy road that goes through Ortisei. We really couldn’t sit outside, just too loud with road noise.

Great location, clean, comfortable, complementary daily admission to a great indoor/outdoor swimming complex nearby. Dedicated parking. Very detailed instructional welcome video sent by the host which was super helpful, although some of the switches referred to didn’t work.

Stressful situation as we were trying to go out for the day and the staff were messaging to ask us to move our car. It was someone else’s car blocking another car’s exit! If someone had been able to come in person from the hotel it would have been solved quickly but several messages and pictures back and forth and a few phone calls from us before they understood. The parking is awkward with tight spaces underground, recommend reversing in as our car struggled to go up the short, steep ramp in reverse. The spaces are not marked to assign to each apartment and no record of our reg number was taken on arrival -hence the opportunity for confusion.
