Good location, large room

Very hard to see apartment name, a little bit confuse about parking when arrive. But after see message to contact staff at the door then wait for staff with a couple minutes.

Great location, literally within walking distance and in between two cable car stations to Seceda and Alpe di Siusi. Apartment smelled like perfume. Very spacious but still felt cozy. They also gave me a free public transport pass and access to a swimming pool nearby. Highly recommend!

It would be nice if the toiletries are already in the premises.

Great location in the centre of town , near to bus station and the mountain lifts

It was a nice big space for us to enjoy time together as a family. It was right in town, near restaurants, stores, groceries, bus stop, etc. Also walking distance to two gondolas to get into the alpine quickly.

It would be nice to have a few kitchen staples provided—salt, pepper, oil…As well as a few basic toiletries.

Location, ability to cook and walk everywhere.

We loved the layout of this apartment. It was clean and comfortable with light colors. Located in the middle of the village with restaurants and shopping just out the door. It is one step behind main walking area with a parking garage underneath. It was quiet and peaceful.

The apartment was extremely spacious and very clean. The location was excellent, in the middle of town, short walk to restaurants, the gondola, TI, and the Despar Grocery Store. The bed was comfortable enough. We didn’t use the sleeper sofa. A coffee table would have been nice.

We were disappointed in the owner’s customer service. All the apartments we stay in have a nicely put together information packet with a city map, how to use the appliances, garbage information, nearby recommended restaurants, etc. We had requested dish soap and bathroom soap before our arrival and we were told those would be at reception. They were not. We had to wait for the store to open to buy paper towels, dish soap and hand soap. We were told there was a shared washing machine. There was a washing machine, but there were no instructions and smell of the detergent was so disgusting, our clothes absolutely reeked. We ended up walking a mile into town to use the laundromat to get the smell out. I recommend the clean and nice laundromat in town. It is expensive but much nicer. When we checked out, the receptionist took our keys and said nothing to us at all. Two days after we left, we started getting messages on Booking.com from the owner, written in Italian. Even when translated, they made no sense to us. The apartment is lovely. The owner needs to up his consideration for the renters by providing basic, common services.
