Sehr schöne, moderne Und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft Nähe Bahnhof gelegen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen

I lost £200 because the room did not have a kitchenette as advertised. The owner offered a refund but later changed his mind. I am therefore over £200 out of pocket. I also paid 5 nights tax which has not been refunded.

I booked a room with kitchenette and paid for 5 nights. The room did not have any form of kitchen or kitchenette and was therefore no use for my stay, so I moved out after 1 night. The owner promised a full refund less £100 but changed his mind after I moved out, I have received no refund, nor any refund for the tourist tax paid. The property is advertised as follows (see screenshots): "Each unit includes a private bathroom, kitchenette, and modern amenities" This description still remains on the booking.com page. However, there is no kitchen or kitchenette and no kitchen facilities of any description, Since it was essential that I had a kitchen I was forced to move and pay for another properry after staying for 1 night out of 5 nights booked.

Pokój jest wystarczającej wielkości dla dwóch osób, wraz z prywatną łazienką , (wyposażony w malutki czajnik i kapsułkowa express, aby napić się kawy czy herbaty wystarczający ) Wyjściem na taras. Lokalizacja to jest największy plus ! Blisko dworca, blisko targowisk i spacerkiem do głównych obiektów w mieście! Bardzo zaangażowana właścicielka , gdy po przyjeździe mieliśmy problem z temperaturą ( było zimno, klimatyzacja działa bardzo wolno ) to właścicielka dołożyła wszelkich starań aby nam pomóc Jednakowoz polecam zabrać ciepłą pizdzame ;) Nie było głośno ani niebezpiecznie Polecam
