Das Appartment liegt am Rande des historischen Stadtzentrums nahe dem Hauptbahnhof und dem Busbahnhof. Verkehrstechnisch ist die Lage hervorragend, zudem liegt das Appartment ausserhalb der ZTL-Zone. Das Haus ist sehr ordentlich und sehr sauber, und wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt, trotz so mancher dunklen Gestalten in der Nacht auf den Straßen. Die Heizung und das Internet funktionieren ausgezeichnet. Im Haus befindet sich eine sehr schöne historische Liftanlage, die gut funktioniert. Vor dem Haus habe ich immer einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gefunden. Das typisch italienische Frühstück bekommt man in den unmittelbaren Nähe in einer Bar mit wunderbarem Cafe und Gebäck.

Es war alles in Ordnung, lediglich der nahe Busbahnhof ist manchmal von Nachteil. Die an- und abfahrenden Busse hupen manchmal bei der Abfahrt oder müssen auch hupen, wenn ein Auto die Zufahrt zum Busbahnhof blockiert. Dafür kann aber die Wohnung nichts und es passiert auch selten.

It is a nice, very old apartment, with interesting architectural details. The bed is very comfortable.

A stylish and comfortable apartment with enough space to relax and enjoy. Gabriella has very clear instructions with how to enter the property and find the keys. The property is very close to the Palermo Central Station and has a lift which really helps when you have heavy luggage.

There is a lot of honking of horns outside which can be a bit noisy at times. It would be better to have more cooking equipment and in basic ingredients for longer stays.

We chose this property because it was close to public transportation, a very short walk across from the bus station which we used to commute between the airport and the city. It is located a short 10-15 minute walk to the centre of the old town. Our host was extremely helpful with communication on how to enter the apartment and keeping in touch to see if we had any concerns. The cleaning service was great. Good eating and coffee shops located only minutes away. Fantastic wifi. We felt very safe staying here as the apartment is located on the 4th floor and locked away behind 3 secure doors.

Consider that the location is very close to the bus and train stations you must be aware that it can be quite noisy but bearable.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Tout était parfaitement conforme à la description, voire mieux. L’hébergement était très propre, bien équipé et décoré avec goût. L’emplacement est idéal, proche des commerces et des transports, ce qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. L’hôte a été particulièrement attentionné, réactif et disponible, ce qui a facilité l’arrivée et le départ. Je recommande vivement ce logement et n’hésiterai pas à y revenir lors d’un prochain séjour !

Excelente lugar. A cuatro minutos de la estación de tren Palermo Centrale y a dos minutos de la estación de Autobus. El centro histórico a 10 minutos a pie. Apartamento muy cómodo. dotado con muy buen gusto. La llegada y la entrada muy fácil gracias a Maurizio, nuestro anfitrión. Estabamos viajando por Italia desde sept 19 y sin lugar a dudas fue el mejor apartamento en el que estuvimos. El desayuno no aparecía incluido en nuestra reserva y fue una agradable sorpresa que nos dejaran unos vouchers para reclamarlo en una cafetería cercana, con bebidas calientes y frías y una gran variedad de panes, galletas y otros. Si se presenta la oportunidad, volveremos a este sitio. Gracias
