La posizione è molto comoda, vicino alla stazione e l'appartamento pulito. Il personale gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio per giovani con poche pretese, l'essenziale è ok

L'ho trovato poco accogliente, magari una bottiglia d'acqua fresca all'arrivo e delle cialde di caffè ci avrebbero fatto sentire più coccolati, più "in vacanza". Lo sconsiglio a coppie con bambini perché ci sono pochi gradini ma con due passeggini è stato abbastanza faticoso entrare e uscire ogni volta. La culla messa a disposizione non aveva materasso; alla mia richiesta del materasso mi è stato detto che c'era, fatto sta che il bambino ha dormito nel letto con me e il papà nel divano letto nell'altra stanza. Anche l'arredamento poco curato per il prezzo pagato.

I selected in the registration form that we needed 3 beds, but one bedding was missing. On the first day of our stay, there was construction work going on in the building with loud drilling and a trench dug at the entrance - the host knew nothing about it

Good Location

-Mosquito invasion/ no netting -AC not functioning well - remote broken -No bread toaster -Shower a little small -We had one towel each to be used for our 3 night stay. Asked if we could get more but we had to be charged 10e pp per day. -We booked for two couples but the sofa bed was not comfortable

Great location and the apartment has a very homely atmosphere. Lots of interesting books and art by Keith Haring too, which makes it a fun experience. The beds are very comfortable. Also the sofa beds. The kitchen has basic equipment (but not for elaborate cooking) Everything is very clean, and it is possible to control the temperature to your liking.

The communication when asking information about the checkin and checkout procedure and possibilities was lacking details. I several times reached out to confirm the check in location (as the advertisement and the booking messages doesn't align on everything) and also that we would be able to leave at 4 am for checkout. In combination with reading some negative reviews on this, it made it a nervous experience. However. both check in and check out went relatively smooth. The staff was a few minutes late when showing up with the key. And we were surprised to learn that we had to take the garbage to the bins a few streets away for checkout. But both things were only minor inconveniences compared to how comfortable the home is. If you are noise sensitive, this home might not be for you though. Also the shower might be too small for some people. Great temperature and water pressure though.
