"Good location, and cost benefit"

Good location, and a big apartment. Very clean, and organized

Air conditioning was only in hall of the apartment, so it was a little bit difficult to sleep, if you ate in a very hot summer

Had to pick the keys up from the office which was about 0.8 miles from the apartment and pick up extra bedding whilst I was there and carry it back.

"Taking cons into account - totally overpriced."

Location was good. The apartment itself was spacious. There was heating to get by those chilly nights. Nothing to add to that really.

No washing machine. Yes, it was not claimed, but you are kinda half-expecting it by default. The shower cabin was really tiny and required some plumbing. There were no garbage bags - had to buy them. It is 1st floor and old windows so it was noisy - definitely not for bad sleepers (or take earplugs). And of course - but that's a common painpoint - no normal and sharp knives or a sharpener!
