Casa Patty...Breath-taking view!

We had a great few days at Casa Petty. The manager was extremely helpful and accommodating. Everything in the apartment was great. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We did have some trouble with the hot water and had a couple of cold showers.

Stefy was Amazing at setting up reservations and arranging a great boat trip to Capri. Outside patio has one of the best views of the city.

Great layout, location, and amenities - and the views from both patios were incredible!

We had an incredible stay at Casa Patty! Stefania went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect—from organizing all our travel to and from Naples to handling our reservations with ease. The home itself feels like something out of a fairy tale, with breathtaking views from the balconies that we couldn’t get enough of. We loved starting our mornings with breakfast on the terrace and unwinding in the hot tub. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the kitchen was a dream to cook in. This stay was a solid 10/10—highly recommended! Stefania truly made it unforgettable.

The location of this property is incredible!!! We couldn’t have chosen a better place for our stay. The views and the balcony are incredible. There is a convenience store, beaches and bus stops nearby. Our second favorite thing about the property was the host Stefania. She was responsive and very helpful in arranging all of our transportation, cooking class, and day trips. It was so helpful to have her local knowledge, especially because we traveled during the off season so not as many places were open. I would not hesitate to book casa patty should we travel to Positano again. The hosts had welcome items for us which was again very helpful during off season. We had fresh fruit, pie, and croissants waiting for us! The home is well equipped with appliances, washer and dryer and hair dryer. There is also a grill on site. We cannot thank stefania enough! Ask for Biagio if you need a driver. He was also so welcoming and a wealth of knowledge and recommendations.

Our only complaint was that the hot water ran out within three minutes. We don’t take long showers but it was nearly impossible to take a full comfortable shower during our stay..

Property was comfortable and clean. Fully equipped and a very nice welcome basquet and breakfast bakery. There are 2 beautiful sweet cats outside the house that we loved . We had a good time.

I didn’t like the social area, (living room) very dark and without any window. It is full of ugly decorations (fishes, elephants, plant pots, plastic flowers) distributed everywhere without any coherence or taste. This is the case that less is more. If they remove 80% of those decorations the house will look more beautiful and neutral, for everyone taste. The breathtaking views are outside, there is no view from the house, I didn’t realise that from the pictures, that was my fault. If I had known I would not have rented. The mattress in the main room looks like it was used for heavy person and we roll down in the hole . They should change it. For the quantity they charge they can easily have better mattresses. The hot water was a big issue, in 5 minutes it’s finished and we end up having a cold shower. It was winter so it was not a good experience. In the second bathroom (3rdfloor) the hot water was working very well but it was freezing outside. During Summer should be a better experience in this property. They should tell in the description that you have to take 72 steps to get in and out of the house with suitcases.
