The parking situation should be disclosed before arrival as we had to go around the centre a few times before we found the apartment and then had to find the car park

Simonetta the owner was so lovely. The place is amazing. In a beautiful location close to the town center. So clean. The beds were really comfortable. We loved it and want to go back again.

Gorgeous and elegant apartment in the heart of the village with a comfortable balcony for nights or early morning relaxing. For English speakers, I recommend planning your car parking prior to arrival with a translator. The garage is nearby but you need a card to enter/exit the facility and if it's not planned properly, it ends up being time consuming and complicated since you'll have to drive through the town. Otherwise, it's a wonderful place!

This apartment is a fresh well done remodel of an old townhouse in a gorgeous town. I loved it! Everything was very clean and comfortable, well organized, without clutter but with everything you need. We did laundry but didn't cook, kitchen looked well appointed. Bathrooms are large, showers are small but the doors functioned well. We loved the small terrace and spent time there watching life in Orvieto. It's a little off the tourist path so quiet, but a pleasant walk to everything you want to see. Great flat for adults or families to share. Simonetta was a very attentive and polished host.We really enjoyed Orvieto! I had the best bite of my whole trip at Dolceamaro bakery, cream puff!

One reason we chose to visit Orvieto is because it is on a plateau, and looked to be a little flatter than other hill towns. I have some minor mobility issues and we could see that this flat had updated stairs, not old and uneven, etc. What we didn't realize is this is located on the hilliest street in town, where much of the rock was quarried to build the town.There is a flight of steep stairs with good handrails to climb to get to the flat, and then another flight to get to the bedrooms. Street also has some traffic, this is one of the areas with cars coming through and no real sidewalks. I managed and would stay here again, my former self wouldn't have blinked at this. I am sharing for those who may have some physical concerns.There are other options in flatter, more pedestrian oriented parts of this lovely place.

We really like the space in the unit and the ability to open the balcony doors and pull a fly screen across. There was quick and helpful communication with the host.

Had everything we needed and appreciated the tea and coffee machine. Loved this place😊 Host very lovely and helpful, Thank you. Would love to come back one day.
