Host was very helpful. The apartment was a beautifully refurbished older home. Very comfortable with kitchen basics. The location was very good. Hint: contact host to drop off bags at the door, otherwise it is a steep uphill walk from the parking.

Simonetta was an incredibly gracious hostess. She was available for all of our questions/requests. The apartment, a five minute walk to the center of Il centro, was well appointed, super clean and a great option for a group of four or five. Parking is five minutes away. Grazie Simonetta.

This two bedroom, two bathroom, and three usable balconies apartment in Orvieto is absolutely lovely and much better than the description or the photos would suggest. In particular we liked: - [ ] The great location, being just a short walk to all the major attractions inside the old town. - [ ] The free parking, just 200 meters away, which was great for us. - [ ] The large amount and of space in the apartment as we had a lot of luggage. - [ ] The French doors and balcony of the master bedroom. - [ ] The French doors and balcony with two chairs, off the living area / stairwell. This offered great views and I would sit there for my morning cup of tea and to eat my cereal breakfast - [ ] Having a washing machine and being able to hang washing in a rack on the balcony off the kitchen - [ ] The well stocked kitchen for anyone who might want to cook at home. - [ ] Having a Jack and Jill bathroom between the master bedroom and second bedroom - [ ] Having the bedrooms upstairs as this meant the master received good light.

- [ ] There was nothing we didn’t like but people with mobility issues need to be aware there is a steep flight of stairs to reach the apartment and then stairs from the living area up to the bedroom area.

The apartment is super clean, it has all you need for successful family trip. Located short distance from Orvieto historical center.

An access to the apartment and to the bedrooms is through the stairs. Those with mobility problems will find it challenging.

Apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. All facilities needed for our stay were available. Balconies were great for relaxing in the evening. Host was friendly and even came to meet us so we could check in early. Will definitely stay here again if I am back in Orvieto.

Lovely 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom full sized apartment. With aircon in both bedrooms and In living area. Fully equipped kitchen, with everything you could think of. Very clean, well furnished and maintained property in a great location. The free car parking was a bonus.
