Location, easy access with mobile app,

Unfortunately the dryer broke down the day before we arrived but host did communicate that to us

The apartment is huge and ultra modern. The host even provided a free bottle of red wine! TV is fully smart with YT and netflix so I could login!

People of my age might find downloading the app to get into the apartment stressful but it worked OK for me and the host is very helpful.

The apartment had nice amenities which made our stay even better!

The property is very well managed with quick replies from the team that manage the apartment. The instructions for entry were clear and advice on local shops/restaurants was very helpful.

very high quality finishes. Very well thought out and efficient unit. Very secure. Great being able to use a garage for our rental car. A short walk to the train station and the piazza.

The entry was dark and initially the owner wanted us to download an app in order to access the front doorwhich was a bit intimidating needing an app just to access the property. turned out it isn't needed.

We loved this apartment it was even better than the great pictures. Amazing location and Modena was beautiful.

The staff were very welcoming and willing to explain everything regarding our stay and what they could provide, there where checking on us every day to make sure all was well and they were very understanding on a small occasion that occurred! The house was clean and smelled fresh, the bathroom had all the toiletries necessary (hair dryer, sanitation, even makeup removers!) and all in all it was a nice home to go back to!
