Property was clean and comfortable with a modern kitchen and bathroom. Location was a short walk to the center of Modena. Really enjoyed our stay.

Very spacious, quiet, good wifi, good communication with owners.

The apartment was spotless. Everything was provided - tea, coffee, etc. A welcome bottle of wine was waiting for us, as well as some easter chocolates, which was lovely. The apartment was spacious and airy. All the furniture was modern as per the photos on the listing. The location was a 5 minute walk from the station and a 10 minute walk into the centre of Modena. The apartment was accessed using an app. It was easy to use.

I can't think of anything that would improve it.

Really bad smell die to the sewer system

Amazingly appointed apartment with all the modern comforts and top quality appliances and finish.

The building that the unit is in is a bit on the noisy side and the street it's in, while conveniently in walking distance to the train station, is definitely in the pregentrificatuon process.

The location was perfect, you can find parking space in front of the apartment, also 5 minutes walk there is 24/7 guarded parking in a facility which we used and it is not so expencive…we arrived with our 8 month old daughter and stayed for 2 nights. It was quiet, rooms were spacious, everything was new and clean. We got some nice amenities and little details as presents that were a very nice touch like slippers, babmus toothbrushes, etc. like in a good hotel…to enter the apartment we used their app, afterwards we had a card in the apartment that we used to open the door…it wasnt hard to enter because they have very pecise instructions. Also the hosts are very helpful and nice, we coumicated via whatsup. Apartment is very bright with big windows, bed is comfortable and they also have more pairs of pillows. We had a great time, and looking forward to come again! Thank you very much
