L’emplacement était idéal, proche de tout. La vue du côté du salon était fantastique et c’était vraiment très calme.

C’était très sale.Tout collait dans la cuisine,la vaisselle était sale.La salle de bain aurait eu besoin d’un coup de neuf.Le canapé,le tapis rempli de cheveux.. Le propriétaire m’a proposé de refaire passer la femme de ménage mais hélas 1 ou 2h de ménage n’aurait pas suffit.. Une bouteille sur la table avec une étiquette « merci de laisser 20€ sur la table en liquide »alors que celle-ci vaut à peine 5€ sur internet 😅 Bien dommage car cet appartement pourrait être fantastique…

Shower needs a good clean. A fan in the lounge would have been good as it was very hot during our stay

Authentic. Unique location. Good view of the old tower and duomo.

Access via 70 steps not good with big cases. Bedroom too much light - curtains not dark enough. No air conditioning. Some of the fixings needed attention. Couch uncomfortable.

Fantastic location, right on the primary shopping street and near piazze in Alta Città.

Up three flights of stairs, but I knew that immediately after booking.

Perfect location, cosy apartment and friendly owner. We had great time here, we're looking forward to coming back

The location is spectacular. The view from the windows facing the garden and bell towers met all the expectations and provided quiet place to relax. The instructions how to get the keys were clear. Overall a great spot to stay!

The place needs a fresh cover of paint and in the near future, retiling of the bathroom to be honest. It will only add to the value of the place. It was not perfectly clean (we had to clean the table and the sofa throw needs a good wash). The trash recycling needs to be better organised.
