The location is excellent, right in the centre of Città Alta and close to lots of activities and places to eat. Brilliant views, church bells and quiet streets. The communication was quick and really helpful. Bergamo is such a great place to stay!

The things I didn’t completely like are really typical for apartments in Italy, a bit small, up flights of stairs, a bit hot at night. But that would be complaining about Italy and then I would have no soul. Remember, each flight of stairs equals an extra scoop of ice cream!

Awesome location, very clean apartment, responsive host, comfy main bed (futon bed - ok), lovely snacks - although we didn't use them, washer and drying rack (thanks!). Just a wonderful spot - do not hesitate to book! We hated to leave.

Full ashtray outside on table - probably from guests in the other apartment or other people living in the building. Bathroom rug may need replacing.
