Our host was friendly, helpful and available. The location is very good once you get oriented and price is great. The apartment is quite roomy and has good facilties for travellers for self catering.

Some literature on public transport options would have been helpful - but we worked it out eventually.

Everything was perfect! We had a delayed arrival, but the host was extremely helpful and accomodating. She was always very communicative and quick to answer, which I really appreciated. The house itself is gorgeous. It has everything you could possibly need for a visit to Siracusa, including a beautiful, old-timey atmosphere. The view off the balcony is lovely. At the same time, the street is quiet and allows plenty of rest. Beds were comfy. Location was great, you're close to the center of Siracusa, and only a 15 minute leisurely walk to Ortigia. There's markets and pizzerias and bakeries right on the street, or the adjacent streets, if you're just looking for a quick bite. Oh, and the train and bus stations are ten minutes from here, which is great, if you're going to be exploring more of Sicily. If coming back to Siracusa, I'd definitely stay here again.

The ceiling in the upstairs room was a little bit low, so if you're on the tall side, you need to be careful, but other than that, no dislikes at all!

It was pretty quiet, and quite comfortable. The hosts, Anna and Adriano were most kind and friendly.

I'm at a loss.

Clean, near by Ortigia (20 minutes walking), nice and warm hosts!
