The accommodation is spacious but suitable for family stay. The kitchen is complete. It is near the supermarket, you can walk there.

The accommodation does not have a bedroom and has 1 bathroom. The toilet is not separate. You have to arrange a time to use the toilet.

spacious - the place is quite spacious, supermarket - it's very close to Lidl supermarket which is very convenient.

location - as many said, it's in an industry area which is fine with us, however it's difficult to find. Google map gives the wrong spot and the host's drawing & text contradicts. It turns out the drawing is correct but not the included text. Opposite turn was told (text stated turning left and the drawing showed turning right). host communication - 1.TV won''t turn on. Called the host (since the host rebutted some of the reviews indicating the guests didn't call for urgent matters though texts/messages were sent). The host did reply my voice mail and stated he would stop by the next morning to check it out. "The next morning" never came after 3 days which I would expect from several of the reviews posted about the host's communication. We are all retired engineers from Silicon Valley we know how to operate a simple TV. 2.storage locker During the phone conversation, I also inquired about the access of locker storage. The host also PROMISED he would text me the code. Never received the text as expected. bathroom - there is a tiny fan which is not sufficient. You can see the molds above the shower (see attached photo) kitchen - there is no range hood/fan in the kitchen, so ventilation can be an issue. There are big windows but quite noisy and bright when opened. The paint flakes on the cabinet doors may fall into the pots while cooking (see photo). parking - the description gave me the impression that there is a private parking associated with the property which is not the case. The parking is "on the street" depending on your luck parking. It should be clarified. Overall, it appears the host doesn't care about return customers since there are tons people planning to visit Como and 1 time deal is good enough. I regretted that I didn't do more search and setting too soon with this property.

Nice place with all what you need to stay. Good expkanation and d help from the administration. We're stated 1 night and had a good rest and all what we need.

The loft was spacious for a family of 5 and had all the required amenities.

The location is not easily accessible if you don't have a car. There is no bus that goes there, so with family and luggage, the walk was around 15 min from San Giovanni station. The laundry and dishes weren't clean, so had to wash the dishes before use. The bathroom sink tap was spraying water outside.
