Appartement spacieux et bien équipé Literie confortable

The location was quite central; it was easy to walk to the town. The apartment was clean and had enough Beds for us. The kitchen was equipped for basic needs.

Parking was very difficult. Small cars can be parked, but for family-sized vehicles, it was very difficult. The Utensils in the kitchen were not very clean. And the cleaning products provided were not able to clean the baking tray, for example, to reheat pizza. There was no dishwasher.

The location close to the historical center was really appreciated. A grocery store is a close by which is very helpful when you need fresh food for the breakfast!

The only complexity is to access the street. The loft is in a rehabilitated industrial area, so, the location is not obvious. But, in the end, it was what we expected. May be a little bit noisy in the morning as it is in a very active area

LoftinComo is a perfect apartment for a group of people to stay in while in Como. Location is perfect with only a 10 min walk from the train and bus station and 10 min walk to the old town of Como. It is located in behind the grocery store so could be tricky to find at the start but the owners gave us very clear instructions on how to find the apartment. Apartment is super spacious and it was very clean. Good facilities offered as well and such an easy self in check in and check out. Also was very convenient to be able to leave our bags at the main hotel reception before our check in time, which is located in the old town. Staff were all super lovely as well. Thank you again.

This wasn’t a problem for us as we were a group of 6 friends (girls), but if you are in a group and some people want some privacy it might be a little hard.

The apartment was clean, and everything was as it should be. The furnishings were okay, the bedding was clean, and the kitchen equipment was okay. The big downside, however, was the lack of parking. There are four parking spaces next to the building, which were occupied throughout our stay. They belong to several other apartments. The loft staff instructed us to park our cars at the medical clinic, which, as we were told, is closed on weekends, so it wouldn't be a problem. Fortunately, no one kicked us out of our parking space during the week. The apartment is a loft, and the entire area is industrial—whatever you like. You won't spend any time outside the building. It's a place for overnight stays only. I have attached photos of the surroundings.

Amazing look, everything is clean.

It was just a pinch harder to find parking but it’s not really a big deal. Owner was very helpful.
