San Nicola Apartments by Rentbeat

The apartment was about 15-20 minutes away from the city centre by feet. It was very clean and had everything we would need for our two nights stay. The host was very helpful and kind! ☺️

The locks on the doors were a little difficult to open and you couldn’t lock the doors from the inside. Although we didn’t feel insecure in the building I would suggest a change in the locks. Otherwise it was great ☺️

Cosy small apartment, it was perfect for us three. The host was very helpful and gave a lot of information on everything. Quiet at night, comfy beds. 15-20mins by foot to the city center. Really tasty pizzas just around the corner!

I’m travelling a lot but I have never had that perfect host- Thomas. First of all about him- kind and helpful with everything. He contacted me before travel and gave me all of the informations - not just about apartment. Another thing is that he has really good English ( everybody can understand ) what is really helpful when u not Italian. He also drove us so we didnt have to call taxi. We communicated throughout WhatsApp- he is responding really fast and explaining everything to details so then u can find what u want easily. Last but not least my advice- listen to him, to his tips and recommendations and warnings- it can help u a lot ( with saving money, to avoid tourist traps, to find a good quality restaurants, travelling tips, best places). Recommending to visit restaurant of His brother also ( el churrasco) ;) We arrived to Bari in the evening and we went for a dinner to Thomas’s restaurant- food had a best quality and was the perfect entrance to our Puglia’s trip. U can taste here all of the attributes of Italian cuisine. We also got a nice present from him. The name of his restaurant is Vincotto salumi & cucina (photos down). After dinner he went with us to apartment and showed us everything. Apartment is really nice, clean, good furnished- what u need is here. Prize is the best in that area. Compare to how nice is the apartment prize is cheap. I’m giving all of my recommendations to this place and the of course to Thomas. Your travelling can be much more enjoyable and easier with his help.

The accommodation was easy to access, with a great host who was very approachable and helpful. The apartment is good value for money and has all the necessary equipment.

I'm not sure that signing a contract for a 3 day stay through Typney is really necessary. The accommodation is a little tight for 2 people and a little outside town.

Our host was very helpful, he gave us a lot of great tips, and he also organised a tour for us to Matera. The apartman is in walking distance from the center and the train station, it is huge for two person, and really nice. We had everything there. I really recommend it!

Everything was great.

The location was good . I thought we have free Breakfast as it was written when i did the reservation.Yes, there is sachet of coffee but the Coffee machine was working.

The toilet room, shower was very strecht and the sliding door of the toilet, as if it will falldown.

Apartments are conveniently located 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes bus ride from Bari city centre. The host is amazing, he is making sure guests are enjoying their stay. He has arranged transfers from and to the airport for us and showed us around the town, recommending best local places. Thanks a lot, Thomas!

We have booked the studio apartment and it was quite small and we did not have a balcony.

The place was clean and had cool decoration. The landlord was really helpful, cheerful and wanted to make our trip memorable.

The property is quite nice, it was enough for 3 girls. It was very clean and the kitchen is equipped. We got our nice towels each. The host is another experience, he is probably the nicest and most helpful italian person i’ve ever met. He showed us around the whole city, showed and recommended us local places and gave us many safety tips. He is the best!

It was a bit cold for the night, but the next day our host provided us some extra blankets, so it was solved as soon as possible.
