L’hôte est super, très organisé, des dossiers. Complets sur les alentours et visite à Venise. J’ai rarement vu autant de documentation:)

Le Tram en travaux et non accessible, donc temps de parcours rallongé pour visiter Venise :( Et les deux maisons en face de l’immeuble et de côté en complète rénovation totale donc marteau piqueur des 8h …

Apartment was super spacious and host is the best host you could ever ask for. He prepared all of the information you need to explore Venice ( by saying all you need I mean it ) , tram numbers , maps , places to see etc

The property was very clean and big. Our family of 4 had plenty of room and we were able to stay cool with the AC at night. Denis communicated with us ahead of time and provided great assistance with check in. The location was very convenient with the tram just steps from the apartment.

The beds were a little more firm then we would have liked.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Denis’s place in Venice. From the very beginning, he was incredibly kind, warm, and helpful. Before our check-in, we needed to store our luggage early, and he kindly agreed without any hesitation, which really helped us enjoy our first day in Venice worry-free. When we arrived, the apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated. It felt like a home away from home — cozy, clean, and full of charming details. You can tell that Denis puts a lot of heart into making the space welcoming for guests. One of the highlights of our stay was the thoughtful travel guide Denis prepared. He shared with us lots of useful tips, local recommendations, and places to explore in Venice that we wouldn’t have found on our own. This made our trip so much more enjoyable and authentic. What really touched us was that he also gave us a small gift. It was such a sweet and unexpected gesture that made us feel truly cared for. Denis is one of the most hospitable and genuine hosts we’ve ever met. His warmth and friendliness made our trip to Venice even more special. Thank you so much, Denis, for everything. If we ever return to Venice, we would absolutely love to stay here again. Highly, highly recommended to anyone visiting this beautiful city.

Everything was superb. The flat was very clean and spacious and fully equipped with all that we needed. Denis, the host, is very details orrientated and also offered us one way tram tickets to Venice. Definitely recommended.

We loved staying at Denis’ apartment. It’s a short walk to a few supermarkets and the markets. Lots of street parking at the front also. The apartment is in a very quit spot and fully equipped with everything you need for a great stay. It was warm and clean and the kids room was so cute with all the little soft animals our son enjoyed playing with. Denis was also kind enough to buy us tram tickets to Venice. Highly recommend this place.
