"Perfect stay to visit Venice"

Easy access to Venice by tram, the host has arranged the first public transport tickets. Large grocery store nearby (a few minutes' walk). The apartment has everything you need for a short stay: coffee, tea, sugar, all the necessary utensils in the kitchen, smart TV, a full set of towels for everyone, shower gel, soap.

"Fantastic apartment with a great host."

Fantastic apartment with a great host. Communication with the host prior to arrival was easy. The apartment is close to the tram stop (100 m). The tram took us directly to Venice in 20 minutes. We got the first tickets from the host, which was very kind of him. There is a supermarket about 120 metres away from the apartment and a great ice-cream place in the opposite direction. The flat was modern and absolutely clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well-equipped. I loved the guest book, which contained all the necessary information in different languages that we needed during our stay: tram timetable, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. I can recommend this apartment to everybody.

Locatioon was perfect. Full kitchen allowed us to have breakfast and dinner

Denis was a wonderful and really informative host. The place is big, very clean and well equipped with whatever you need and you feel like you’re more at a home and not a hotel. It also has fast Wi-Fi. The place is very close to the center, near o big supermarket and very close to tram stop to go to venice. High reccomended!!!
