A Casa del Genio

Wij verbleven in dit appartement met ons gezin van vijf personen. Het was een zeer ruim en net appartement met twee badkamers. Bij de slaapkamer vooraan komen oordopjes goed van pas, het is een levendige buurt en gehorige kamer (maar dat wisten we op voorhand). Bij de andere slaapkamer en het zetelbed in de leefruimte was dat minder een probleem. Het contact met de verhuurder verliep vlot via whatsapp. Vlakbij was een bakker met een ruime keuze voor ontbijt. Onderaan het appartement kon je iets eten of drinken, heel gezellig. De belangrijke bezienswaardigheden die wij in Palermo wilden bezoeken, lagen allemaal op wandelafstand.

Appartamento luminoso e ben attrezzato. Letti comodi e cucina ben fornita di elettrodomestici. Posizione ottimale per visitare la città ma anche per la vita notturna.

Everything! Beautiful home. Has everything you need. Super central and able to get to everything by foot in less than 20 minutes.

As everyone else mentions, it’s loud at night! It’s to be expected so we were prepared. But the whole city is loud at night, which is part of its charm. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to find something out of the center.

位置很方便，离火车站，四角广场都不远，步行几分钟有家Lidl超市~楼下小广场有很多酒吧，晚上比较吵，房东提供了耳塞~公寓内的设施完备，和房东描述的一致，有洗衣机可供房客使用~有两间卧室，两个卫生间，其中主卧室带卫生间，而另一间卧室，离卫生间有点距离，分别在公寓的两端。私人经营的短租公寓，价格不贵，性价比高，适合多人出行，自我服务能力强的住客。

The apartment was exceptional with all the modern conveniences in an old building. The location was also exceptional and served our purposes for being in the old part of Palermo. I definitely recommend your listing.

We stayed a Sunday and Monday night. The street noise on the Sunday night was terrible. The Monday night was better.
