Barocco Art House

Appartamento molto accogliente, pulito e fornito di ogni confort. Le scale anche se un pochino ripide sono facilmente fruibili, tipiche di tutti gli appartamenti presenti nel centro storico. Esperienza più che positiva!

Great location! It is very easy to get your bags in and out of the apartment, and with about a two minute walk, you are in the heart of the Old Town. The apartment is very unique inside. A staircase takes you to the main level (sofa, table, kitchen). From there, it is a half flight of stairs to the master bedroom (with a cool stone roof and nice lighting) and full bath. Going up in a different direction is another flight of stairs to the second floor bedroom (again, a stone roof) w/full bathroom and a third floor laundry room and rooftop balcony. The drive to neighboring towns is relatively easy from here and at night, there are plenty of good restaurants to visit and relax at before calling it a night.

The apartment is situated a short distance from one of the main roads in town. This makes it easy to get your bags in and out, but in the evening, there is a bustle from the local restaurant/businesses. Nothing major and certainly not an impediment to the great location and layout of the apartment.

Everything was fantastic from the moment we arrived and was greeted by Laura. Communication was first-rate , the apartment is very spacious and stunning in every way, beds are very comfortable with ample snacks provided and kitchen facilities, central to historic centre and very easy to get around with ample parking close by . Loved it.

Nothing we didn't like

We especially enjoyed the baroque artistic atmosphere. We loved the ceilings. Great location. Next to many restaurants and historic center. The apartment is located right next to the paid underground parking garage with an elevator thats only 10€ a day.

Great location and wonderful host!

This was a last minute booking as our alternate accommodation cancelled unexpectedly the day before arrival. Antonio was very quick to respond and arranged a cot at short notice with no issue. We were greeted by his mum Laura who was very helpful and friendly. Perfect location at the edge of the old town 3minute walk to centre but can still park very close. Lovely traditional apartment with loads of character but still very comfortable. Air conditioning was very appreciated in the late summer heat! Lots of steps but we managed fine with an 8 month old baby and a buggy. The old town is very buggy friendly too. Would happily stay again.

Location and ease to all parts of the central city. Loved the rooftop terrace.

Parking was difficult at first but we got great help by message. Stairs are not for the weak of heart or body. Top stair off bathroom was dangerous.

The apartment was in a great location & our host Laura was lovely, so friendly & helpful. The bedrooms were really nice with firm but very comfortable beds & although the kitchen area was small it had everything we needed. We loved the open roof seating area.

The apartment was very difficult to find when we first arrived! It would help if the name of the property was above the door & a photo of this was on the website. However this is our only negative.
