Appartamento molto bello e curato, in super centro, consigliatissimo

Superb apartment in historic town centre. Tall windows, exposed beams and mezzanine all added to the atmosphere. Modern and stylish kitchen, fully stock with equipment. Modern bathrooms, superb. Competent and professional hosts who supported our stay. Absolutely world class setting in Perugia. Loved it and hope to come again

the bed was a little hard! But no other complaints at all. Apartment was perfect.

Location, size of the house, architectural appearance were my favorites.. Clean towels were great too.

Inside the closet downstairs was dusty. This has got nothing to do with the house but the street of the location was over noisy. We tried figuring out what was it all about but we couldn't because it was every night and it was difficult to sleep. Also we were two ladies, we didn't want to share a double bed hence we chose this place to stay because the house description included 2 sofa beds. However they were not usable and therefore we couldn't sleep well at all. . Additional toilet downstairs smelled due to the shower drain hole. Such a lovely apartment which needs more attention, and prompt communication withe the ıwners thats all.

There no light in the lift.

The apartment is excellent. Easy key collection. 20mins by taxi to/from the Airport. 15-20mins from the Train Station using the MiniMetro. Brilliantly situated on a busy little street. A deli underneath the apartment with all the essentials and great local produce. Lots of small bars, restaurants and cafes less than a 10 minute walk. The bed is firm, but comfortable. Only a single pillow per person on the bed, but they are excellent memory foam style pillows. It was very warm during our stay (35 Celsius) but the apartment stayed cool and the two fans and afternoon breeze kept it very comfortable. There is noise on the street from the bars/eateries but that is all but blocked out by the shutters if it's too much. The kitchen is well equipped. The main bathroom upstairs is great, and the second toilet downstairs is convenient.

Maybe an extra pillow on the bed would have been nice. Otherwise perfect place.
