The location is fantastic, the apartment is spacious and comfortable, and the hosts were very helpful. We enjoyed our stay in the apartment very much and would not hesitate to return. I highly recommend!

The location was first class. Right in the centre of the city . Perfect location for restaurants, shops,museum and sight seeing.

- Location is perfect. Located in the heart of Perugia old town but quiet enough if all the windows are closed. Convenient with grocery shop and restaurants close by. - The apartment itself is cozy, comfortable, clean and well-furnished - Bed quite comfortable, good shower

- Some of the amenities like cooking utensils, cutlery etc. can use more thorough cleaning. No kitchen towel, no kitchen rolls, no cooking oil (only empty bottles left) which makes using the kitchen/cooking inconvenient - Quiet a number of amenities eg. Electric kettle, fan, hairdryer, coffee machine needs adapter to use, but we could only find one in the house - Host not very responsive/helpful - took hours for their response , or none at all. Mentioned some of the above issues to them, also asked for some other information, hosts said would get back to us, but never really did

Superb location behind national gallery in heart of historic centre. Minimetro from train station to Pincetto and 5 min walk. Well appointed apt. Responsive hosts. Very comfortable 3 days. Thank you.

Nothing to dislike.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location, and would recommend it to anyone who want to travel to Perugia. It is also very close to the Mini Metro (cupa) which led us to use the train station to explore other cities. The apartment is very clean and very close to the centre (piazza iv Novembre), where you can find cafeterias, restaurants and other main attractions.

The flat is in a super central location: close to lots of shops, lovely restaurants and sights/museums. We were very comfortable there!

Due to the central location (and possibly because our sty coincided with the end of term for the students in Perugia) there was a lot of noise all through the nights from the road below the window (night clubs close by), plus street cleaning early every morning.
