The attention to the guest is very good. Check in is easy and as a gift we got a good free breakfast at a nice nearby coffee shop. It is very well located and well equipped

The main issue was the bed, since the right half of the mattress was considerably sunk and it was difficult for me to find a good position to sleep. However, my couple had no problem the following night when we shift places. I hope the owner fixes the mattress and then it would be greater. Besides, the walls suffer some humidity issues and paint is falling here and there, but there is no humidity smell whatsoever, so you are good as long as you don't touch the walls.

The host was very helpful and provided a lot of information about Syracuse. The apartment is very well designed that you can feel the Sicilian vibes. It is in the heart of Ortigia, not so far from the train station. We very enjoyed our stay there.

Absolutely everything! Rosalia House is a beautiful little house, perfectly decorated, with everything you need. The location is perfect for a stay in Ortigia- right next to the Temple of Apollo, bars, cafes, shops (a little supermarket is less than 5 minutes walk away and has a little cat that lives there and sleeps in the bottled water aisle), the sea, cathedral, the daily market, and soooo many places to eat! we flew into Catania airport and caught the inter bus to Siracusa, and Rosalia House is only a 15 minute walk from Siracusa bus terminal. Salvo, the owner is an absolute Angel! We received detailed instructions to enter the property, along with loads of tips for making the list of our holiday - waiting for us on arrival was 2 fridge magnets as souvenirs and vouchers for breakfast at a local cafe! Ortigia is the most magical place, and so is Rosalia House.
