Casa da Giacomo (barocco)

Appartamento rifinito e ristrutturato con il 110% in zona residenziale e discreta a due passi da Porta San Biagio e servito bene da negozi e supermercati. Nel complesso lo consiglierei a chiunque.

Local excelente, rua tranquila perto do centro histórico, estação de trem e das linhas de ônibus p Otranto, Galipoli, praias e outros pontos de interesse. Apartamento grande, claro, limpo, bem ventilado com cama super confortável e travesseiros para todos gostos. O anfitrião Giacomo foi bem prestativo em tudo q precisei. Gentilmente emprestou um ombrelone p ir à praia e sua noiva me deu as boas vindas com uma crostata. Conhecer as praias de Otranto no mar Adriático e a Punta de la suína no Jonico foi incrível. Para quem gosta de arquitetura barroca e visuais c falésias, rochas, grutas e um mar c vários tons de verde/azul, Lecce é o lugar!

Deixo como sugestão que o anfitrião deixe, pelo menos, um litro de água na geladeira antes do check-in. O calor estava insuportável e a água fez falta. Para quem vai de carro , pude notar que a noite é um pouco difícil encontrar lugar para estacionar bem próximo ao apartamento .

The host was so kind to offer a pick up from the train station (I still opted for the walk after a long day of sitting) and welcomed me with a homemade tart and a huge bottle of water. He was available throughout the stay for any questions. Location is great for exploring old town and the street is quiet for when you want to rest.

I like a very firm bed and found that I had to carefully balance on the center ridge between mild impressions on the right and left. This is not uncommon for me during travel, but thought it might be helpful for some to hear.

I loved my stay here in Lecce! The property is wonderful, it is kept to a high standard and is very clean. It is in an excellent location and the owner Giacomo was a welcoming host who showed me around and kept up with me to make sure my stay was comfortable. I would come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend the property to everyone!

apartment very well equipped, very clean, modern and well arranged. good location, close to the old town, the train station, and the bus stop for line 101 which goes to Otranto. Giacomo, the owner is very attentive, friendly and available. very good place to stay in Lecce 👍
