- Cool experience basically living in a cave. - Recommended restaurants and must see places list left on the table. Great overview of Matera’s history, best restaurants and hints on where to go. Very helpful. - The host. She was so nice, caring and responsive. We had problems with the boiler, she organized a technician and gave us a discount for inconvenience.

- Problems with boiler - we experienced problems with hot water on day two of our stay in Matera. We had to take showers in freezing cold water. Not a positive experience. The host handled this situation as best as she could by calling a technician. She also gave us a discount for the stay to make up for the inconvenience. - Humidity - this apartment is a cave so we weren’t surprised that the humidity was high. It’s good to keep that in mind, our clothes took forever to dry out from the rain.

L Igene non pulitissimo

Accogliente monolocale al centro di Matera, pulizia molto curata e ottima accoglienza. La struttura è dotata di condizionatore caldo/freddo e deumidificatore. Il piccolo angolo cottura è ben organizzato e dotato di caffè e thè. Letto molto comodo. Ottima posizione per girare i Sassi a piedi.

Se proprio vogliamo trovare il pelo nell' uovo, lo split dell'aria calda è un po' rumoroso.

Posizione perfetta e pulizia straordinaria

Veramente ne vale la pena. Ed è importante dirlo quando si ha a che fare con questi livelli di serietà.

Alloggio in un'ottima posizione e dotato di tutti i confort necessari. Pulitissimo Grazie a tutte le informazioni ricevute dalla signora Anna siamo riusciti a goderci a pieno il nostro soggiorno. Sono molto soddisfatta

L'unica pecca è il segnale Wi-Fi troppo debole
