Izuzetno čisti apartman, vlasnica je bila jako susretljiva i cijelo vrijeme dostupna pomoći putem WhatsApp-a. Apartman je podijeljen na dvije razine. Na ulazu je spavaća soba i zatim stepenice vode na gornji kat gdje se nalazi kupaonica, kuhinja i terasa.

Nažalost na zgradi pored apartmana su u tijeku opsežni vanjski građevinski radovi. Radnici će vam gledati kroz prozor ako ne navučete zavjese. Svako jutro su nas oko 7 sati probudili udarci čekića i jackhammer. Znam da ovo nije krivica vlasnice ali niti jednom nismo na ovo bili upozoreni a došli smo na odmor i htjeli smo se naspavati.

Très bel appartement et sa terrasse sans vis à vis. Tout est pensé pour se sentir comme à la maison. A côté du centre et du marché tout en étant au calme. Coline est très précautionneuse avec les touristes. Je recommande cet appartement.

La chambre donne sur le palier attenante à un autre appartement. Du coup, nous entendons les discussions des voisins qui ne sont pas respectueux, surtout dans le couloir quand ils montent à 22h leurs bagages en claquant plusieurs fois la porte extérieure qui est en fer forgé. Coline n'est pas responsable des sans gènes mais c'est très désagréable pour les loueurs.

"A bargain in Ortigia but very basic"

Very good location, close to market.

A microwave would be helpful. The hot water kettle should be replaced. The outside was less desirable than expected. Had trouble with the front door lock.

Wunderschönes Zimmer, toll eingerichtet und Einrichtung modern. Sehr netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin.

Die Wohnung ist leider feucht. Extrem im Flur, aber leider auch im Wohnraum bzw. in der Klimaanlage. Vielleicht lag es an der Jahreszeit (Dezember/12-20°), aber wir mussten die Wohnung frühzeitig verlassen, da es für mich als Asthmatikerin absolut nicht möglich war, dort weiter zu übernachten. Es tat uns sehr leid, weil die Wohnung an sich super schön ist. Schimmel ist nicht sichtbar, aber der Geruch ist leider eindeutig. Wir hatten die Wohnung ohne Terrasse. Wirklich schade.
