Location seemed sketchy, but not unsafe. But maybe that's everywhere in that city.

So much space and such a beautiful apartment, this was the perfect base for our trip to Palermo

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a nice welcome to Sicily! Christine the host was easy to communicate with and always quick to respond. The check-in was an easy process, and we just took a taxi from the airport on her recommendation as we weren't sure what was the best way to get there. It is truly a lovely apartment, the decor is beautiful and the rooms and balconies are very special. It is in a very walkable location and we just walked everywhere (also a short walk to the main train station).

Location: We walked everywhere from there! Just minutes walking from the train station. The Ballaro market is 1 block away! The apartment itself was so spacious as well as well equipped even for cooking. Air conditioning in all areas was amazing as it can get hot outside. It included an espresso coffee machine and they kindly left us a bottle of wine. The rooms are huge. Christine was lovely and helped us through the process as needed!

It was elegant, spacious and clean! Bright and airy, centrally located, our stay was a delight. This is a great place to stay if you want to have your finger on the pulse of Palermo. It will not disappoint! Our liaison, Christine was a wonderful host and greeted us with a warm welcome!

The host was amazing! She was very friendly, accommodating, and gave thorough information. She connected us with a guide for excursions who was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and became like family by the end of our stay. She even gave us a cake and Prosecco for my husband’s birthday! She checked in on us and communicated with our guide often to ensure we were having a good time. The room was very well equipped. We were in love with the ceilings and decor. And there is plenty of space.

Nothing about the room I would say we didn’t like. This was our first time in Palermo, so the area confused us a little with all the graffiti. BUT, after we saw all of Palermo we felt better. There is graffiti in many of the areas and many without. Everyone in the area was really friendly, and the room is perfectly close to everything. We walked to the shops, restaurants, Massimo theater, etc. Also, Palermo is the city that doesn’t sleep- much like New York. So outside is lively at night. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs.

Superb place, big rooms, lots of light, has all you need (even foam maker for your cappucciono). you fee like you live in a palazzo ❤️ close to train station, reataurants area and sea side.

if you are a light sleeper, bring some ear plugs. it could be sometimes a bit noisy in the night from the street.
