Prime location, a few steps from train station by the mini metro

There is nothing to complain about except the electric water heater which made a little noise while recharging

A perfect stay in Perugia! The location is really good, in the city centre. Everything is walking distance. The property is really spacious and clean. The property manager is also really helpful! Highly recommended.

Excellent apartment,very clean and in a great location in the centre of the old town.Nicola is a great hostess.

Spacious modern and clean and amazing location with food and shops just outside the apartment. Only a very short walk to the funicular that brings you down to the train station.

No microwave. No lift but was on first floor with comfortable stairs leading up. Small bedroom windows so can feel a bit closed in but still very comfortable.

The apartment was spacious ,with comfortable beds and a beautiful design and communication with the owner was really good .

The front door needs to be slammed to be closed.

Great location, in the hearth of an Old Town, next to mini metro station. Very good contact with Host.
