The owner was so helpful and sent us videos and information a couple of days before about the stay. We found it really useful. Also my brother came the next day and they got lost and the owner went out their way to help them. Also we needed another fan due to the heat and they were very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your apartment.

Everything was great

Comfortable, clean and modern apartment. Found in a central location.

It was perfect , everything you’d want and more for a long or short stay. Comfortable, clean, spacious with all the things you need for a home from home, from a well kitted out kitchen; great quality linen and towels and … comfortable bed. Its position right in the heart of Perugia’s historic centre gives great access to the city. Once inside however, you are not aware of the hustle and bustle of city life.

There are stairs to get to the apartment and the split level layout wouldn’t suit everyone. The third key pad was a bit temperamental.

Newly renovated apartment in the old town of Perugia. Quite spacious - there are 2 small bedrooms and a living room. There is no sun light in the apartment, but it is very nice to stay here during hot summer days. Easy to reach from train station - apartment is very close to mini metro stop.

There is no washing machine. I missed small things like kitchen towel or soup in the bathroom.

Great and spacious apartment, right I the centre. We enjoyed our stay there. Highly recommended if you don't want to stay at the hotel.

Owner v helpful, easy to contact and easy to arrange early check-in and booked our taxi from airport etc Great instructions how to find the flat. Flat is v impressive- looks great but also extremely comfortable. Good WiFi. Very quiet despite it's v central location - step out of front door into one of the main areas in Perugia. Lots to do on the doorstep - some great bars and restaurants very nearby. Lots of lovely touches in the flat - someone has taken great care; nespresso machine, big v soft white towels, lovely toiletries, proper hairdryer etc These all give an impression of somewhere far more expensive and "boutique". Not sure you could ask for much more - photos don't do it justice.

Only v small points - More hangers would be helpful, more powerful shower woyld be ideal, and the sofa is uncomfortable to sit on - feels like you're constantly tipping off the edge.
