"Perfect stay next to lake Como"

The accommodation was clean, communication with the host went smoothly and the facilities were good with a fully equipped kitchen. The view from the balcony was really nice. Would have loved to have stayed longer

"Lovely stay"

"Amazing property, view and location"

The view of the lake is beautiful. The property itself was great and very clean. The area was quiet and the walk to Menaggio centre was around 15 mins. I really enjoyed my stay. The host was lovely and very helpful.

Owner explained everything when we arrived , she was very nice person . View from a balkony was big plus, well equipped kitchen. It was cold at night but heating system worked well.

Sometimes you could hear in the middle of the night noise coming from apartment above

Beautiful view from the balcony. Clean comfortable apartment Good location to get around lake como Welcoming hosts

Noise from bar below apartment, Dangerous to walk into Menaggio due to lack of pavements. A lot of traffic noise from the road below from early morning until late at night.

Amazing place to stay, highly recommended. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the hosts are so welcoming, helpful genuine people. We loved every moment, close enough to Menaggio centre, just a short 10-15 min walk (or bus out the front). We would absolutely re book again if we returned

"A really delightful and peaceful stay close to the tourist bubble of the Mennagio, yet still close."

The location has the most superb view and one could sit on the terrace for ages just soaking in the atmosphere. It is about a 15 minute walk to coffee and shops. Being able to hear the bells form the nearby church tower was charming. Our host could not have been more helpful.

The Wi-Fi was a bit patchy, and better in some locations of the apartment than others.
