Very nice. Large selection of bread & pastries & drinks also ham & cheese if wanted.

You get your own apartment, with a balcony over-looking Lake Como. Host was really lovely - friendly and helpful. Great value for money, and easy parking on-site.

Very noisy bar directly below us, with locals shouting at the football that was constantly showing on a big TV. Also location isn't great - it's a mile walk to the centre of Menaggio where all the bars and restaurants are. We got used to that, but we like walking - wouldn't be great for some people.

Water in the fridge on arrival. Large terrace with fantastic view of the lake. Breakfast in the bar downstairs. Great location, about 20 mins walk from the town. Everything very clean.

The beds were not comfortable. The double bed was very hard (like sleeping on a futon) and the single bed was so narrow!

Very spacious and clean apartment with an outstanding view from the terrace. Good location, a little aside from the mainstream of tourists. Bar downstairs, so there is always a good opportunity to drink a cold spritz. And finally - very friendly and helpful owners. They can give you advice on where to go, what is worth visiting, and how to get to the ferry or a bus.

Everything was ok.
